Una crema de café suave y brillante con una fijación perfecta: ¡esa es la promesa de esta receta! Con sólo 4 ingredientes. Había propuesto mi receta de crema de chocolate y muchos de vosotros me pedisteis la crema de café. Tuve que hacer algunas pruebas, porque sin el chocolate y su manteca de cacao que da una textura agradable, la receta no funciona igual. El jamón crudo, la salvia y el vino blanco se combinan maravillosamente para crear un plato explosivo de sabores.
Hace poco hice bollos para el desayuno, esta vez con naranja y arándanos. Son mantecosos, bajos en azúcar y crujientes por fuera, ricos y aireados por dentro. Los sabores de la cáscara de naranja y la mantequilla combinan maravillosamente con la suavidad de los arándanos. ¡Sólo recuerda poner la mantequilla en el congelador un poco antes para que los bollos estén lo mejor posible!
¿Cómo resistirse a estas hermosas verduras verdes, asadas al horno con aceite de oliva y servidas con una cremosa y sabrosa salsa de pimiento de Espelette? Esta no es mi intención y, por el contrario, me gustaría presentarles a los brócolis, un primo del brócoli, ¡para aquellos que aún no los conocen! Una delicia absoluta.
Aquí hay una receta de pan dulce pequeño que desarrollé después de haber comido otros similares en Londres. ¡Son absolutamente deliciosos y sobre todo muy crujientes! Puedes conservarlos durante más de una semana en una caja perfectamente hermética. ¡Serán irresistibles para un aperitivo!
