¡Pan de molde crujiente! Aquí tienes mis galletas de cacao y nueces. Tienen muy poco azúcar (suficiente para mi gusto), lo que puede sorprender a algunas personas. Lo normal es que sea un bizcocho de chocolate, pero yo he utilizado nibs de cacao. ¡Me encanta su textura, que será perfecta en estos pasteles para un tentempié lleno de sabor!
80 g de azúcar moreno
165 g de mantequilla semisalada
185 g de harina
150 g de nibs de cacao
150 g de nueces
Para la sémola, asé la mía a 160°C durante 15 minutos. Hazlo si lo compras crudo.
Pon el azúcar moreno y la mantequilla en un cuenco y mézclalos bien hasta que quede cremoso.
Añade la harina y vuelve a mezclar.
Mezcla hasta que la masa esté suave. Añade las nueces picadas y los nibs de cacao.
Pesa las bolas de 60 g para hacer 12 galletas de mantequilla grandes.
Hornea durante 30 minutos a 160°C con ventilador. El shortbread debe estar dorado.
Deja enfriar antes de guardarlo en un molde hermético.
