Domingo 26 de mayo de 2024 a las 14.00 h: ¡Taller de cocina vietnamita! En esta clase, estudiaremos cuatro platos de la cocina vietnamita. En primer lugar, los famosos Banh cuons, deliciosas tortitas de arroz y tapioca rellenas de carne de cerdo y setas. Luego están los banh kots, pequeñas tortitas de leche de coco y harina de arroz cubiertas de gambas y cerdo. Cocinaremos a fuego lento un irresistible plato de cerdo con hierba limón, y el curso terminará con un plato explosivo de sabores y texturas, ternera crujiente con salsa de guindilla. AGOTADO
Sábado 8 de junio de 2024 a las 14.00 h: ¡Taller de makis y mochi! Una tarde dedicada a la cocina japonesa. Prepararemos el arroz de sushi, luego cada uno de nosotros hará dos maki, esos famosos y deliciosos rollitos con cangrejo, surimi y aguacate. Haremos mochi, esos dulces esponjosos. Primero veremos los ingredientes utilizados, luego cocinaremos la pasta de judías azuki, anko, y su compañero más versátil, el shiroan a base de judías blancas, que se utilizará para hacer el mochi de lima. Sábado 23 y domingo 24 de noviembre de 2024: ¡Taller de locura por el chocolate! Este curso de dos días es único en Francia. Efectivamente, veremos la producción de la judía a la tableta. El chocolate negro, el de leche y el blanco se elaborarán en vivo y en directo. Haremos Nutella casera, pralinés, pero también aprenderemos más sobre la manteca de cacao y su templado. Empezaremos este curso el sábado por la mañana con un chocolate caliente y aprenderemos todos los secretos del chocolate: tostado, triturado, aventado y conchado… Mi libro «Je fais mon chocolat maison» (Yo hago mi propio chocolate) publicado por Solar y prologado por Christophe Michalak, ¡también te será ofrecido durante este taller! El taller está situado en Les Lilas, a 4 minutos a pie de la estación de metro «Mairie des Lilas» de la línea 11 (15 minutos puerta a puerta desde République).
Para esta nueva aventura, los socios me siguieron y me permitieron hacer realidad mi sueño. KitchenAid fue la primera en proporcionarme todo el equipo necesario. Trabajaremos con gas, campana, horno de vapor, horno Twelix, microondas, procesadores de alimentos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes de la marca.
A partir de septiembre, el lugar es incluso una sala de exposición permanente de KitchenAid en Francia.
Si eres bloguero y sueñas con enseñar a tus lectores, alquilo el taller a una tarifa especial para blogs.
