Tras volver de Grecia, donde he comido un baklava diferente casi cada día, me apetecía volver a hacer la versión más bien turca, con esa textura arrugada que le da un crujiente maravilloso. Por supuesto, puedes añadir los frutos secos que quieras (almendras, pistachos, avellanas, anacardos). ¡Este pequeño dulce es muy fácil de hacer y estará listo en poco tiempo!
Como prometí, vuelvo al blog con nuevas recetas después de varios viajes. Estuve en Grecia, que me encantó hace unos años, y me apetecía mucho volver a hacer estos buñuelos de calabacín y feta, llenos de sabor, con eneldo y menta. Están deliciosos crujientes y calientes, con un simple yogur griego fresco y ligeramente salado. El contraste es fantástico.
Desde hace mucho tiempo soy un fanático total del sushi, sashimi, maki, temaki, etc. Aunque la pericia esté reservada a los verdaderos profesionales, podemos darnos un capricho en casa con un temaki listo en menos de una hora para una comida que hará viajar a nuestras papilas gustativas. Por supuesto, puedes adaptarlo a tu gusto y poner el pescado y la guarnición que prefieras.
Increíbles galletas con un fresco y fuerte sabor a limón. También añado un poco de aceite de oliva y polvo de almendras tostadas. El resultado es muy sabroso y le encantará. Como es habitual en estas tartas, estarán listas en poco tiempo y se conservarán al menos una semana en la nevera, bien envueltas.
¡Aquí hay un pastel griego lleno de sol y sabores! Sus ingredientes principales son la naranja y la pasta filo, que hay que dejar secar una hora antes, para que se reduzca a trozos. Muy sencillo de hacer, tiene una consistencia bastante increíble gracias a la pasta filo y la tradicional adición de almíbar lleno de ralladura de naranja. Obviamente es un pastel bastante rico, pero muy bueno, ¡sobre todo porque es ocasional! Solo puedo recomendarte que te tomes el tiempo de exprimir las naranjas para obtener un jugo fresco, el postre solo será mejor.
