Increíbles galletas con un fresco y fuerte sabor a limón. También añado un poco de aceite de oliva y polvo de almendras tostadas. El resultado es muy sabroso y le encantará. Como es habitual en estas tartas, estarán listas en poco tiempo y se conservarán al menos una semana en la nevera, bien envueltas.
Recette pour 10 cookies
75g de polvo de almendra
75g de mantequilla blanda
30 g de aceite de oliva
160g de azúcar
la cáscara de un limón grande ecológico
200g de harina
1 huevo (50 g sin cáscara)
160 g de chocolate blanco
Les Instructions
Poner el polvo de almendra en una fuente de horno, preferiblemente sobre papel de hornear.
Hornear a 180°C durante 8-10 minutos (ajustar si es necesario). El polvo debe estar bien dorado.
Poner la mantequilla, el aceite de oliva y el azúcar en un bol. Si tienes un robot, coge la hoja.
Añada también la cáscara de un limón grande ecológico.
Mezclar bien hasta que esté suave. Añade el huevo.
A continuación, vierta la harina y el polvo de almendra enfriado.
Mezclar y terminar con los trozos de chocolate blanco.
Hacer bolas aplanadas de 75 g y colocarlas en papel de horno.
Hornear durante 12 minutos en un horno precalentado a 165°C en el ventilador.
Deja que se enfríe antes de comer.
Cookies citron, huile d’olive et amandes grillées
Des cookies étonnants, à la saveur fraiche et prononcée de citron. Je mets également un peu d’huile d’olive et de poudre d’amandes grillées. Le résultat est très savoureux et va vous régaler ! Comme d’habitude avec ces gâteaux, ils seront prêts en très peu de temps et se conserveront au moins une semaine au frais bien emballés.
