Bolachas incríveis com um sabor fresco e forte a limão. Acrescento também um pouco de azeite e pó de amêndoa tostada. O resultado é muito saboroso e irá deliciar-vos! Como é habitual com estes bolos, estarão prontos num instante e guardados durante pelo menos uma semana no frigorífico, bem embrulhados.

75g de pó de amêndoa
75g de manteiga mole
Azeite de 30g
160g de açúcar
a raspa de um grande limão orgânico
200g de farinha
1 ovo (50g sem casca)
160g de chocolate branco
Les Instructions
Colocar a amêndoa em pó num prato à prova de forno, de preferência em papel vegetal.
Cozer a 180°C durante 8-10 minutos (para ser adaptado enquanto se observa). O pó deve ser bem dourado.
Colocar a manteiga, o azeite e o açúcar numa tigela. Se tiver um robô, leve a folha.
Acrescentar também a casca de um grande limão orgânico.
Misturar bem até tudo ser homogéneo. Acrescentar o ovo.
Depois deitar a farinha e o pó de amêndoa arrefecido.
Misturar e terminar com as lascas de chocolate branco.
Fazer bolas achatadas de 75g e colocá-las sobre papel vegetal.
Cozer durante 12 minutos num forno pré-aquecido a 165°C em forno ventilador.
Deixe-o arrefecer antes de comer!

Des cookies étonnants, à la saveur fraiche et prononcée de citron. Je mets également un peu d’huile d’olive et de poudre d’amandes grillées. Le résultat est très savoureux et va vous régaler ! Comme d’habitude avec ces gâteaux, ils seront prêts en très peu de temps et se conserveront au moins une semaine au frais bien emballés.
