Uma pasta de cacau doce que é fácil de usar como base para tortas. Ele resistirá muito bem ao cozimento, mantendo-se em um círculo para assar sem desmoronar. É perfeito para uma torta de chocolate ou para dar um toque especial ou colorido a uma torta mais clássica!
Esse tipo de óleo pode ser encontrado em muitos restaurantes e é muito fácil de fazer em casa. É um pouco mais química do que uma receita real, mesmo que cozinhar também seja química! Um grande agradecimento ao meu amigo Redjep, que me deu seu método perfeito para fazer esse óleo incrível, que vai animar suas burratas, saladas, hummus, carnes, peixes, carpaccio de vieiras e assim por diante. Você pode escolher a planta aromática para preparar um óleo de coentro, manjericão ou salsa. A escolha é sua!
Eu sempre gosto de um bolo grande e úmido como lanche de volta às aulas! Com bananas, chocolate e canela que vão encher a casa toda, é uma delícia. Ele fica pronto para ser colocado no forno em apenas alguns minutos, mas você precisará ser paciente antes de devorá-lo, pois ele assa por 1h30.
