Esta salada de couve verde, cenouras e sultanas, “salada de repolho”, é uma salada que surge muito quando fazemos buffets com a família e amigos e é particularmente popular…! Aprendi a fazê-lo nos EUA há muito tempo atrás. Combina perfeitamente com barbecues. Mais uma vez, como acontece com alguns pratos, a foto não faz justiça! Mas esta salada é fácil de fazer e realmente deliciosa…
A receita da salada de repolho é realmente simples e eu escolhi esta variação pela sua simplicidade! Vê-se frequentemente salada de repolho com legumes ralados, mas também a versão que eu sugiro. Portanto, este não é uma excentricidade da minha parte! Para o molho, sou um fã da boa maionese com um batedor, mas para esta receita e especialmente para o volume do molho (duplico a receita a maior parte do tempo!!) faço uma maionese sem mostarda (ainda é uma maionese???) com um liquidificador de imersão. Aconselho a todos a comprar esta maravilha, é uma das ferramentas essenciais na cozinha! O molho está pronto num instante! Garanto-vos um grande sucesso com esta salada sobre uma mesa de piquenique!
Receita “Coleslaw” para 6 pessoas:
-1/2 repolho verde
-6 cenouras
-5 cebolas ou cebolinhas
-sal, pimenta
-90g de sultanas louras
Molho:
-1 ovo
-250ml de óleo
-25ml de vinagre
CoComece por descascar as cenouras.
Colocar algumas das cenouras (não todas!) no liquidificador.
E misturar em pulsos sucessivos para cortar as cenouras, mas também não em demasia, senão só haverá puré!
Colocar as cenouras num grande recipiente (para facilitar a mistura mais tarde). Fazer o mesmo com todas as cenouras.
Retirar o núcleo duro da couve com uma faca.
E cortá-la em leguminosas como cenouras.
Colocar a couve com as cenouras. Para o molho, não faço uma maionese clássica, mas uso um processo extremamente rápido! Isto requer uma varinha mágica e a tigela concebida para o efeito.
Coloque todos os ingredientes para o molho no recipiente longo e vire o misturador no fundo. O molho será consumido instantaneamente!
Este molho é perfeito para esta receita! Verter a maior parte do molho sobre os legumes.
Misturar bem e adicionar as sultanas.
Cortar as cebolas com uma faca.
Misturar bem, temperar com sal e pimenta e deixar no frigorífico durante pelo menos duas horas antes de servir.
