¡Esta ensalada de col verde, zanahorias y pasas sultanas, «coleslaw», es una ensalada que surge mucho cuando hacemos buffets con la familia y los amigos y es particularmente popular…! Aprendí a hacerlo en la página web hace mucho tiempo. Combina perfectamente con las barbacoas. Una vez más, como ocurre con algunos platos, ¡la foto no hace justicia! Pero esta ensalada es fácil de hacer y realmente deliciosa…
La receta de la ensalada de col es realmente sencilla y elegí esta variación por su simplicidad. A menudo se ve la ensalada de col con verduras ralladas, pero también la versión que sugiero. Así que este no es una excentricidad por mi parte. Para la salsa, soy fan de una buena mayonesa con batidor, pero para esta receta y sobre todo el volumen de salsa (¡doble la receta la mayoría de las veces!) hago una mayonesa sin mostaza (¿sigue siendo una mayonesa?) con una batidora de inmersión. Aconsejo a todo el mundo que compre esta maravilla, es uno de los utensilios imprescindibles en la cocina. ¡La salsa está lista en un instante! ¡Te garantizo un gran éxito con esta ensalada en una mesa de picnic!
Receta de «ensalada de col» para 6 personas:
-1/2 coles verdes
-6 zanahorias
-5 cebollinos o cebolletas
-sal pimienta
-90g de pasas rubias
Salsa:
-1 huevo
-250ml de aceite
-25ml de vinagre
CoEmpieza por pelar las zanahorias.
Poner parte de las zanahorias (¡no todas!) en la batidora.
Y mezclar en sucesivas pulsaciones para picar las zanahorias, pero tampoco demasiado, ¡si no sólo habrá puré!
Poner las zanahorias en un recipiente grande (para facilitar la mezcla posterior). Haz lo mismo con todas las zanahorias.
Retire el núcleo duro de la col rizada con un cuchillo.
Y picarla en legumbres como las zanahorias.
Poner la col con las zanahorias. Para la salsa, no hago una mayonesa clásica, sino que utilizo un proceso extremadamente rápido. Para ello se necesita una batidora de mano y el recipiente diseñado para ello.
Poner todos los ingredientes de la salsa en el recipiente largo y girar la batidora en el fondo. ¡La salsa tomará al instante!
¡Esta salsa es perfecta para esta receta! Vierta la mayor parte de la salsa sobre las verduras.
Mezclar bien y añadir las pasas.
Cortar el cebollino con un cuchillo.
Mezclar bien, sazonar con sal y pimienta y dejar en la nevera al menos dos horas antes de servir.
