هذه السلطة المكونة من الملفوف الأخضر والجزر والزبيب ، “الكولسلو” هي سلطة تأتي غالبًا عندما يكون لدينا بوفيهات مع العائلة والأصدقاء وهي محل تقدير خاص …! لقد تعلمت أن أصنعها في الولايات المتحدة منذ وقت طويل. يتناسب بشكل مثالي مع حفلات الشواء. مرة أخرى كما هو الحال مع بعض الأطباق ، الصورة لا تنصفها! لكن هذه السلطة سهلة التحضير ولذيذة حقًا …

وصفة “كولسلو” ل 6 أشخاص:
-1/2 ملفوف أخضر
-6 جزر
-5 ثوم معمر أو بصل جديد
-ملح فلفل
-90 جرام من الزبيب الأشقر
صلصة:
-1 بيضة
-250 مل من الزيت
– 25 مل خل
ابدأبتقشير الجزر.
ضع بعض الجزر (ليس كله!) في وعاء الخلاط.
وتخلط في البقول المتتالية لتقطيع الجزر ولكن قبل كل شيء ليس كثيرًا أيضًا ، وإلا ستبقى البطاطس المهروسة فقط!
ضعي الجزر في وعاء كبير (لتسهيل الخلط لاحقًا). افعل نفس الشيء مع كل الجزر.
قم بإزالة اللب الصلب من الملفوف الأخضر بسكين.
ونقطعها في البقول مثل الجزر.
نضع الكرنب مع الجزر. بالنسبة للصلصة ، أنا لا أصنع المايونيز الكلاسيكي ولكني أستخدم عملية سريعة للغاية! يتطلب ذلك وجود خلاط غاطس ووعاء مصمم لذلك.
