Não ligue muito para a foto, pois ela não faz jus à consistência desse delicioso bolo! Notei a incrível reação do iogurte e do leite condensado adoçado com suco de limão na minha torta de keylime. Eu queria ver se a reação seria semelhante em um bolo mais tradicional, e foi o que aconteceu. O bolo quente tem uma textura realmente incrível. Eu não sou fã de leite condensado, mas ele é importante aqui. Lembre-se de que o açúcar não é 100% açúcar, mas pouco mais da metade. Portanto, é claro que levo isso em conta quando decido a quantidade de leite condensado a ser colocada no bolo! Portanto, este bolo é um pouco menos doce do que um simples bolo de libra!
