No es demasiado dulce y realmente resalta las nueces, ¡especialmente si preparas esta versión decadente con un poco de salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada por encima!
Patatas fritas hechas con halloumi, un queso chipriota que se cocina bien y conserva su textura. Estas patatas fritas son increíbles, ¡crujientes y ligeras por dentro! Sírvelo con una salsa de tahini (pasta de sésamo) y arilos de granada, es una delicia original.
Una pasta de cacao dulce fácil de usar como base para tartas. Aguantará muy bien la cocción, manteniéndose en círculo para hornear sin derrumbarse. Es perfecto en una tarta de chocolate, ¡o para dar un pequeño «toque» o color a una tarta más clásica!
Este tipo de aceite se encuentra en muchos restaurantes y es muy fácil de hacer en casa. Es un poco más química que una receta de verdad, ¡aunque cocinar también sea química! Muchas gracias a mi amigo Redjep, que me dio su método perfecto para hacer este increíble aceite, que animará tus burratas, ensaladas, hummus, carnes, pescados, carpaccio de vieiras, etc. Puedes elegir la planta aromática para preparar un aceite de cilantro, albahaca o perejil. ¡La elección es tuya!
¡Siempre me apetece un pastel grande y húmedo como tentempié para la vuelta al cole! Con plátanos, chocolate y canela que llenarán toda la casa, es una delicia. Está listo para meter en el horno en unos minutos, pero tendrás que armarte de paciencia antes de devorarlo, ya que se hornea durante 1h30.
