La Navidad está a la vuelta de la esquina y quería sugerirte una receta de cordero. El de mi navarina con miel, naranja, especias navideñas, zanahoria y boniato. Es delicioso y casi como un tagine. Hay muchas similitudes entre un navarin y un tajine y aquí utilizo especias navideñas, concretamente canela, anís estrellado, pimienta y clavo. He omitido deliberadamente el jengibre. El resultado es un plato reconfortante, que desprende aroma en la casa, y obtendrá una carne suave y sabrosa al gusto. Y, por supuesto, ¡pronto ofreceré una navarina más clásica!

Una receta sin pretensiones con la que podrá hacer un buen shortbread con salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada. Aquí hago una bola con la masa y la corto en rodajas finas. Están deliciosos a cualquier hora del día, ¡sobre todo si los mojas en salsa de caramelo casera!
Atención, ¡muy muy bueno! Te advierto que es rico, es escandaloso, ¡pero es francamente delicioso! Propongo una torrija rellena de chocolate con leche y praliné, horneada en mantequilla semi-salada y a la que añado un poco de salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada. Es perfecto para un tentempié superconveniente, pero probablemente bastará con una rebanada. Si hace frío y llueve, he aquí una forma, ciertamente demoníaca, de llegar a la Navidad.
