Cuidado, ¡muy muy muy bueno! Te advierto que es rico, es escandaloso, ¡pero es realmente delicioso! Les ofrezco tostadas francesas rellenas de chocolate con leche y praliné, horneadas en mantequilla semi-salada y sobre las que añado un poco de salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada. Es perfecto para un tentempié muy reconfortante, pero probablemente bastará con una rebanada. Si hace frío y llueve, he aquí una forma ciertamente diabólica de llegar a la Navidad.
Receta para 4 tostadas francesas:
4 rebanadas grandes de brioche (unos 250 g)
80 g de chocolate con leche
50 g de praliné
250 ml de leche semidesnatada
2 huevos
30g de azúcar
1/4 de cucharadita de canela
80 g de mantequilla semisalada
salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada (receta AQUÍ)
Comienza cortando 4 rebanadas grandes de brioche. Si está un poco seco, ¡aún mejor! Necesitas al menos 1,5 cm de grosor.
Cortar en el centro de la rebanada sin cortar toda la rebanada por la mitad. Poner un poco de pasta de praliné en el corte.
Introducir dos cuadrados de chocolate con leche en el corte del praliné.
Verter la leche en un bol, añadir los huevos, el azúcar y la canela en polvo.
Mezclar bien con un tenedor.
Sumergir las rebanadas rellenas en el líquido por ambos lados. Deja que el brioche se empape un poco.
Poner un poco de mantequilla semi-salada en una sartén y dorar las torrijas a fuego moderado.
¡Servir inmediatamente con la salsa de caramelo de mantequilla salada disponible!
