Cuidado, muito bem ! Eu aviso-vos, é rico, é ultrajante, mas é realmente delicioso! Ofereço-vos torradas francesas recheadas com chocolate de leite e pralina, assadas em manteiga semi-salgada e nas quais adiciono um pouco de molho de caramelo de manteiga salgada. É perfeito para um lanche ultra-confortável, mas uma fatia provavelmente serve. Se está frio e chuvoso, eis uma forma reconhecidamente diabólica de chegar ao Natal!
Receita para 4 torradas francesas :
4 fatias grandes de brioche (cerca de 250g)
80g de chocolate de leite
50g de pralina
250ml de leite semi-desnatado
2 ovos
30g de açúcar
1/4 colher de chá de canela
80g de manteiga semi-salgada
molho de caramelo de manteiga salgada (receita AQUI)
Comece por cortar 4 fatias grandes de brioche. Se estiver um pouco seco, melhor ainda! Precisa de pelo menos 1,5 cm de espessura!
Cortar no meio da fatia sem cortar a fatia inteira ao meio. Colocar um pouco de pasta de pralina no corte.
Empurrar dois quadrados de chocolate de leite para o corte na pralina.
Verter o leite para uma tigela, adicionar os ovos, açúcar e canela em pó.
Misturar bem com um garfo.
Mergulhar as fatias cheias no líquido em ambos os lados. Deixe o brioche encharcar um pouco!
Colocar manteiga semi-salgada numa frigideira e dourar a tosta francesa em lume moderado.
Sirva imediatamente com o molho de caramelo de manteiga salgada disponível!
