Sugiero un lecho de puré de calabaza con nueces, ñoquis fritos, mantequilla de salvia crujiente, ¡espolvoreado con nueces y semillas de calabaza tostadas! Una verdadera delicia, tanto visual como gustativa. Por supuesto, este plato puede servirse con o sin carne, ya que es casi autosuficiente.
