Cela faisait un petit moment que je n’avais pas posté de recette de dessert. C’est qu’en ce moment j’étais sur l’écriture et les prises de vue de mon prochain livre qui sort en mars 2020 ! Me revoilà donc avec cette délicieuse tarte aux pommes et crumble de noisettes. Je l’adore car elle est peu sucrée, à part le crumble sur le dessus qui équilibre le tout harmonieusement. J’y ajoute un peu de chocolat. Le mélange des noisettes des pommes fondantes, de la pâte feuilletée croustillante et du croquant du crumble est juste parfait à mon goût !

E acho que, num risoto, os sabores são perfeitos. Faço frequentemente este prato na minha oficina de cozinha vietnamita. Este não é exactamente o porco caramelo muito tradicional, uma vez que os ingredientes são um pouco diferentes. É claro que se pode variar os ingredientes e deixar de fora a carne, se desejar. Mas é servido com xarope de ácer, que vai maravilhosamente bem com a salinidade. É delicioso e bastante rápido de fazer. Dou-vos a receita para dois, perfeita para um brunch ou um jantar! Pode usar as famosas panelas de Lodge, ou outra marca, mas também num prato clássico.
Como os como regularmente, quis sugerir uma receita de sopa de lentilha amarela, servida com limão. Um tratamento muito simples e saudável. A consistência é perfeita sem natas, graças às lentilhas. Em menos de trinta minutos, a sopa está pronta para ser consumida. Esta sopa encontra-se em parte da bacia mediterrânica, no Líbano, Turquia, etc. Com curcuma e cominho recém-torrado, é simplesmente irresistível!
