Como os como regularmente, quis sugerir uma receita de sopa de lentilha amarela, servida com limão. Um tratamento muito simples e saudável. A consistência é perfeita sem natas, graças às lentilhas. Em menos de trinta minutos, a sopa está pronta para ser consumida. Esta sopa encontra-se em parte da bacia mediterrânica, no Líbano, Turquia, etc. Com curcuma e cominho recém-torrado, é simplesmente irresistível!
Receita para 4 pessoas :
1 cebola grande
3 dentes de alho
4 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
450g de lentilhas amarelas
2 litros de água
1 colher de chá de curcuma em pó
1 colher de sopa de sementes de cominho
sal, pimenta
Cortar a cebola em pedaços depois de a descascar.
Verter o azeite para uma grande panela em lume moderado.
Acrescentar o alho descascado e esmagá-lo com um lagar de alho.
Cozinhar suavemente durante 3-4 minutos e depois deitar o curcuma.
Torrar as sementes de cominho numa frigideira. Devem dourar ligeiramente.
Em seguida esmagá-los num almofariz e esmagá-los até ficarem em pó.
Verter para as cebolas.
Estas são as lentilhas amarelas. Se não encontrar nenhuma, pode usar lentilhas coral ou loira.
Despejá-los na frigideira.
Cozinhar durante 2 minutos e depois deitar na água.
Levar à ebulição. Baixar o lume se necessário e cozinhar durante 20 minutos. Usando uma varinha mágica, misturar a sopa muito finamente.
Acrescentar sal e pimenta a gosto.
Sirva-o quente com pão e limão. Pode adicionar água para obter uma consistência mais fluida, se desejar!
