Como las consumo habitualmente, quería sugerir una receta de sopa de lentejas amarillas, servida con limón. Una delicia muy sencilla y saludable. La consistencia es perfecta sin crema, gracias a las lentejas. En menos de treinta minutos la sopa está lista para ser consumida. Esta sopa se encuentra en parte de la cuenca mediterránea, en Líbano, Turquía, etc. Con cúrcuma y comino recién tostado, ¡es simplemente irresistible!
Receta para 4 personas:
1 cebolla grande
3 dientes de ajo
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
450 g de lentejas amarillas
2 litros de agua
1 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo
1 cucharada de semillas de comino
sal pimienta
Cortar la cebolla en trozos después de pelarla.
Verter el aceite de oliva en una cacerola grande a fuego moderado.
Añade el ajo pelado y aplástalo con un prensador de ajos.
Cocinar suavemente durante 3-4 minutos y luego verter la cúrcuma.
Tostar las semillas de comino en una sartén. Deben dorarse ligeramente.
A continuación, triturarlas en un mortero hasta convertirlas en polvo.
Verter en las cebollas.
Estas son las lentejas amarillas. Si no encuentras ninguna, puedes utilizar lentejas coral o rubias.
Viértalos en la sartén.
Cocer durante 2 minutos y luego verter el agua.
Llevar a ebullición. Bajar el fuego si es necesario y cocinar durante 20 minutos. Con una batidora de mano, licuar la sopa muy finamente.
Añadir sal y pimienta al gusto.
Servirlo caliente con pan y limón. Si lo desea, puede añadir agua para conseguir una consistencia más fluida.
