Eu adoro fazer galettes des rois! E todos os anos, há já algum tempo, que me divirto com uma nova receita. Obviamente para os puristas, a versão clássica está também no meu blogue de culinária. Desta vez dou-vos a versão com creme de castanhas e lascas de castanhas. É uma pequena bomba, especialmente com uma massa folhada invertida caseira que não é realmente complicada de fazer, apesar do seu nome assustador!
Depois das férias, sobrou um frasco de molho de tartufata, basicamente cogumelos com azeite de trufas. É super rico em sabor e é um deleite com muitas coisas. Sugiro esta combinação, em vez de uma receita real, com Brillat-Savarin, este queijo cremoso e presunto. O resultado é um croque-monsieur perfeito que é estaladiço por fora e macio e derrete por dentro, ideal para uma refeição rápida com uma boa salada!
Fui recentemente a Bolonha e comi um pudim de amaretti de que gostei. É um pouco como um creme de ovos, mas com a adição de amaretti em pó, licor de amaretto e, neste caso, algumas lascas de chocolate preto. Um verdadeiro deleite, denso e derretido ao mesmo tempo, especialmente quando consumido fresco. Uma receita muito original que vos proponho hoje!
Fui recentemente a Bolonha, uma cidade italiana que adoro! Para além do famoso cozido, existem também outras especialidades culinárias da região, como este bolo de arroz. É obviamente doce e consiste em pudim de arroz, no qual são adicionados ovos, canela, baunilha, limão e casca de laranja cristalizada, amêndoas e amaretto. Um deleite delicioso para a época festiva!
Um prato simples e caloroso, que é o que eu gosto nesta estação! Sugiro este prato de massa, neste caso mafaldina, com uma preparação à base de couve e cogumelos. Com vinho branco, natas, alho e parmesão, é um verdadeiro deleite.
Uma amiga minha brasileira acabou de passar umas férias com o seu namorado em minha casa e fez esta receita, que em si mesma é uma variação de uma das minhas receitas. Marianna fez uma boa adaptação onde a farinha é substituída por pó de amendoim torrado, e o açúcar é muito reduzido. O resultado são bolos absolutamente deliciosos, perfeitos para um pequeno lanche que o põe em movimento!
