Uma receita despretensiosa que fará pão curto fino com molho de caramelo de manteiga salgada. Aqui enrolo a massa numa bola e corto-a em fatias finas. São deliciosos a qualquer hora do dia, especialmente se os mergulharmos no molho de caramelo caseiro!
Atenção, muito bem! Eu aviso-vos, é rico, é ultrajante, mas é absolutamente delicioso! Proponho uma torrada francesa recheada com chocolate de leite e pralina, cozida em manteiga semi-salgada e à qual acrescento um pouco de molho de caramelo de manteiga salgada. É perfeito para um lanche super-conveniente, mas uma fatia provavelmente serve. Se está frio e chuvoso, eis uma forma, reconhecidamente demoníaca, de chegar ao Natal!
Depois de partilhar convosco a minha receita de pãezinhos de thanzong, quis adaptá-la para um pãozinho de manhã ou de tarde, com muitos frutos secos e chocolate para um ambiente de Outono perfeito! As proporções não são portanto as mesmas e isto dar-lhe-á um brioche muito suave, não demasiado doce ou demasiado amanteigado. Será perfeito para se confortar em casa!
