Voici un gâteau très fondant, aux noix, café, chocolat et orange confite. Le tout se marie à merveille. J’ajoute en plus une ganache onctueuse au chocolat noir. São deliciosos para o pequeno-almoço com manteiga, geleia ou o famoso creme coagulado, ou como um lanche da tarde com chá quente. Uma mudança dos scones!
Pão curto grande, cheio de chocolate, crocante e derretido ao mesmo tempo! Parecem bolachas, mas não são. A textura é realmente mais de um pão curto, mais estaladiço do que o biscoito. Não há ovo e não há baunilha. E meti uma dose enorme de chocolate: é metade do peso destes pequenos bolos! Para os amantes de coisas boas e especialmente de chocolate (escuro ou leite!).
