Pão curto grande, cheio de chocolate, crocante e derretido ao mesmo tempo! Parecem bolachas, mas não são. A textura é realmente a de um biscoito curto ou de um atalho, mais crocante do que o biscoito. Não há ovo e não há baunilha. E meti uma dose enorme de chocolate: é metade do peso destes pequenos bolos! Para os amantes de coisas boas e especialmente de chocolate (escuro ou leite!).
Receita para 12 biscoitos de 50g de biscoitos curtos cada:
50g de açúcar
60g de manteiga semi-salgada
50g de manteiga mole
140g de farinha
300g de pedaços de chocolate à sua escolha
Coloque o açúcar e as manteigas numa tigela ou na tigela do seu processador de alimentos.
Mexer para obter uma textura homogénea.
Verter a farinha e misturar até ter uma massa.
Acrescentar os 300g de pepitas. Isso é muito! Pegue em pequenas pepitas.
Agitar novamente para distribuir o chocolate uniformemente.
Pesar bolas de 50g.
Forme os pães curtos na forma que desejar, sabendo que dificilmente se movem durante a cozedura.
Colocar os 12 biscoitos de pão curto sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Cozer a 160°C num forno de convecção durante 20 minutos.
Deixe arrefecer antes de comer! Eles são de morrer!
