Esta é uma receita muito simples e rápida de fazer, mas sobretudo com produtos que são fáceis de obter. O resultado é muito saboroso. Todos nós apreciámos este prato que fiz com a minha família. É bom poder viajar com comida deliciosa nestes tempos incertos! Com coxas de frango macias, vai querer acabar com tudo.
Nouilles sautées au poulet pour 4 personnes :
750g de coxas de frango
1 pimento vermelho
1 cebola
1 cenoura
100g ervilhas
2 ovos
250g de massa de ovo asiática
2 cm de gengibre
3 dentes de alho
3 colheres de sopa de molho de soja transparente
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de vinagre preto ou balsâmico
óleo de gergelim tostado
óleo, sal, pimenta
Les instructions
Começar por desossar e remover a pele das coxas de galinha. Cortá-los em pequenos pedaços. Eu tinha 750g de coxas com pele e ossos. Portanto, resta menos no final!
Corte a pimenta vermelha semeada em tiras finas. Descascar e cortar a cebola em tiras finas.
Descascar e fatiar a cenoura e cortá-la em palitos.
Verter 3 colheres de sopa de óleo para o wok. Calor nas alturas. Partir dois ovos para dentro dela.
Misturar grosseiramente e cozinhar durante 1 minuto de um lado.
Vire-se e deixe o outro lado cozinhar e colorir.
Ponha de lado. Levar uma panela de água a ferver e cozinhar a massa durante um minuto a menos do que as instruções do pacote.
Lavar com água fria.
Ralar o alho e o gengibre e colocar na panela com duas a três colheres de sopa de óleo.
Adicionar os legumes (neste caso ervilhas congeladas) e aquecer em alta.
Cozinhar e mexer durante 5 minutos. A cebola é o indicador certo de cozedura.
Acrescentar a galinha.
Deixar cozinhar até o frango parecer cozinhado. Verter o molho de soja, vinagre e açúcar.
Cozinhar, ainda em fogo alto, durante 2 minutos.
Adicionar o macarrão arrefecido.
A omelete cortada em tiras.
Misturar bem. Adicionar sal (não demasiado, pois já existe molho de soja) e pimenta a gosto. Adiciono um pouco de óleo de sésamo no final da cozedura e sementes de sésamo.
