Nouilles sautées au poulet pour 4 personnes :
750 g de muslos de pollo
1 pimiento rojo
1 cebolla
1 zanahoria
100 g de guisantes
2 huevos
250 g de fideos asiáticos al huevo
2 cm de jengibre
3 dientes de ajo
3 cucharadas de salsa de soja ligera
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharada de vinagre negro o balsámico
aceite de sésamo tostado
aceite, sal, pimienta
Les instructions
Comience por deshuesar y quitar la piel de los muslos de pollo. Córtalos en trozos pequeños. Tenía 750 g de muslos con piel y huesos. ¡Así queda menos para el final!
Cortar el pimiento rojo sin semillas en tiras finas. Pelar y cortar la cebolla en rodajas finas.
Pelar y cortar la zanahoria en rodajas y luego en palitos de fósforo.
En el wok, vierta 3 cucharadas de aceite. Caliente a fuego alto. Casca dos huevos en él.
Mezcle grueso y cocine durante 1 minuto por un lado.
Dar la vuelta y cocinar y colorear el otro lado.
Dejar de lado. Hierva una olla de agua y cocine la pasta por un minuto menos que las instrucciones del paquete.
Enjuague con agua fría.
Rallar el ajo y el jengibre y colocar en el wok con dos o tres cucharadas de aceite.
Agregue las verduras (aquí los guisantes congelados) y caliente a fuego alto.
Cocine por 5 minutos, revolviendo. La cebolla es el buen indicador de cocción.
Agrega el pollo.
Cocine hasta que el pollo se vea cocido. Vierta la salsa de soja, el vinagre y el azúcar.
Cocine, todavía a fuego alto, durante 2 minutos.
Agregue los fideos enfriados.
La tortilla cortada en tiras.
Mezclar bien. Sal (no mucha porque ya hay salsa de soja) y pimienta al gusto. Agrego un poco de aceite de sésamo al final de la cocción y semillas de sésamo.
¡Sirva muy caliente inmediatamente!
