Esta tarte da Florida, EUA, é simplesmente mágica! O creme cru é líquido, não lhe ponho um ovo e, no entanto, fixa incrivelmente bem, o sumo de limão coagulando o leite condensado adocicado e o iogurte grego. O resultado é uma tarte bem equilibrada, fresca, não tão doce graças ao sumo de lima e derretida na boca. É tradicionalmente feito com pequenas limas das Keys, mas nunca as vi aqui. Pode facilmente substituí-los por limas clássicas. Uma delícia, especialmente com um bom chantilly de limão!
Não sou o maior fã de tofu do mundo, mas o tofu atsuage tornou-se uma obrigação para mim. É um tofu japonês, “atsuage” que significa “espesso e frito”. Frito com um molho à base de miso, dá um resultado verdadeiramente excelente! Pode servi-lo com o que quiser: legumes, arroz, etc. Além disso, este prato é adequado para pessoas que são completamente vegetarianas.
Ainda são as férias de Verão e eu quero prolongar um pouco este sentimento! Isto não é estritamente uma receita, mas uma ideia para uma salada onde os elementos trabalham bem em conjunto! É fresco, leve e absolutamente delicioso e nutritivo. O molho, com o seu toque de óleo de sésamo tostado, dará ao conjunto um belo tom exótico. Não hesite em adicionar frutos secos, tais como amendoins ou amêndoas torradas, e ervas aromáticas!
Estes são os deliciosamente saborosos fritos de tomate grego, domatokeftedes. Fi-lo com tomates cereja, mas pode fazê-los com tomates grandes. A vantagem é que são completamente vegetarianas. Muito estaladiços, acho-os irresistíveis!
Tendo acabado de regressar da Grécia, onde comi uma baklava diferente quase todos os dias, fui inspirado a fazer de novo a versão bastante turca, com aquela textura enrugada que dá um crocante maravilhoso.
