Gracias al presidente del Salón del Libro de Nantua, Michel Godet, y a Florence Aubenas, madrina de esta edición de 2021. ¡Estoy tan feliz! Comparto este premio con Claire Curt, fotógrafa de talento y amiga, Ryma mi editora en Flammarion (¡y amiga también!) y Simone mi responsable de prensa en Flammarion. Mi libro aún está disponible en su librería favorita.
Para un tentempié sabroso y vigorizante que calme un ataque agudo de cacahuetes, sugiero estas barritas energéticas de avena, chocolate y cacahuetes de textura perfecta. También serán estupendas para el desayuno, pero ten en cuenta que se acercan a una galleta más firme y masticable. Esto lo convierte en un manjar, pero que debe comerse con moderación y compartirse sin reparos.
Tengan cuidado, estos pedacitos de pastel son totalmente malignos. Esta deliciosa masa de galleta se hornea con un relleno de queso crema. Es como tener una refrescante capa de tarta de queso en medio de un diluvio de trocitos de chocolate negro y blanco. Advierto desde ya que esto es un verdadero escándalo, ya que no es realmente recomendable justo antes del verano y del traje de baño. Quizás estoy siendo un poco cruel.
