Tuve la suerte de ser invitado a Islandia en 2017 para un viaje culinario y descubrí el circuito de producción de este pescado de los mares fríos del norte de Europa y, por tanto, más particularmente de este hermoso país. Hace poco preparé este tiramisú de cerezas amarenas para unos amigos, ya que acababa de comprar un gran bote de estas deliciosas e increíblemente aromáticas cerezas. He rehecho el tiramisú para mi blog de cocina para ofreceros la receta. Si prefiere el tiramisú clásico, la receta está disponible desde hace años AQUÍ. Para compensar el almíbar, he reducido mucho el azúcar. El resultado es un tiramisú con una textura aireada que se mantiene unida y un fuerte sabor a cereza, sin ser excesivamente dulce en absoluto. Depende de ti si añades más cerezas.

¡Esta es mi segunda receta (de 3) para mi asociación con las cervezas orgánicas Uhaina! Esta vez te propongo un pollo frito americano que será perfecto con una cerveza helada. Te doy todos los pequeños secretos para conseguir la hermosa textura del pollo. Debe cocinarse bien y no freírse en aceite demasiado caliente, ya que esto coloreará el pollo sin cocinarlo por dentro. Con una salsa y una buena ensalada para acompañar, ¡huele a vacaciones con amigos!
