O primo de Olivier abriu a mercearia do Quebeque e como eu adoro o Quebeque, ele gentilmente apresentou-me a alguns dos produtos da sua loja. Fundada na Primavera de 2019 por três franceses apaixonados pelo Quebeque, l’Epicerie Québécoise é uma loja online especializada na gastronomia da Província de la Belle. A sua selecção é essencialmente constituída por produtos raros ou não publicados em França, fabricados de forma artesanal e/ou orgânica. Une jolie tarte de saison à l’orange sanguine avec des suprêmes pour la décoration. J’ajoute dans ma crème, un peu de jus de citron vert et quelques framboises pour relever le tout et je verse le tout dans un fond de tarte cuite à blanc. Le résultat est crémeux et juteux, bien que croustillant à la fois ! Un vrai délice bien frais. Je vous conseille de la préparer la veille pour qu’elle soit bien froide et de la servir avec une chantilly au citron vert…
Adoro experimentar com pães curtos e se procurarem no meu blogue de culinária, encontrarão muitos deles! Aqui, fazer uma manteiga de avelã altera completamente o sabor e a textura do pão curto. Com um toque de baunilha e sal, eles são irresistíveis! A textura é um pouco semelhante à dos montécaos que já tinha postado. Estes pães curtos podem ser mantidos por muito tempo sem qualquer problema numa caixa hermética.
Je reviens d’un nouveau petit séjour à Venise et il y avait plein de frittelle partout pour la saison du carnaval. Ce sont des beignets, un peu comme des “pets de nonne” garnis ici d’un incroyable sabayon au marsala. Alors attention, ce n’est pas une recette pour les enfants : il y a du rhum dans la pâte, ainsi que des zestes d’orange et de citron, et le sabayon est au marsala sec et sent bien l’alcool ! Un délice incroyable à réserver pour les grandes personnes !!
Estes biscoitos têm um sabor totalmente surpreendente e viciante! Coloco manteiga preta, ou seja, manteiga que cozinho até ficar com uma bela cor escura, pó de café, pó de avelã e finalmente chocolate preto. Tudo isto dá um sabor muito particular e invulgar, mas completamente coerente. Eles estão prontos muito rapidamente, mesmo que eu deixe a massa arrefecer em algum momento. Uma mudança agradável em relação aos biscoitos mais tradicionais!
Acabo de regressar de outra curta estadia em Itália. Gosto sempre disso! Comi uma lasanha realmente deliciosa e queria partilhar convosco a minha versão. Demora um pouco de tempo, pois faço-o no dia anterior, com um longo tempo de cozedura para o guisado à bolonhesa. Mas o resultado vale a pena. Fiz tudo do zero, mesmo a massa, o que é muito fácil de fazer com um laminador, mas é claro que se pode colocar lasanha pronta a fazer. O resultado é extremamente saboroso e cremoso, com um pouco de queijo dentro.
