Estes biscoitos têm um sabor totalmente surpreendente e viciante! Coloco em manteiga de avelã, que cozinho a uma bela cor escura, café em pó, pó de avelã e finalmente chocolate escuro. Tudo isto dá um sabor muito particular e invulgar, mas completamente coerente. Eles estão prontos muito rapidamente, mesmo que eu deixe a massa arrefecer em algum momento. Uma mudança agradável em relação aos biscoitos mais tradicionais!
Recette pour 12 cookies :
125g de manteiga
165g de açúcar
2g de pó de café instantâneo (um pau)
1/2 colher de chá de baunilha líquida
2 boas pitadas de sal
1 ovo
225g de farinha
50g de pó de avelã
100g de pedaços de chocolate negro
Instructions :
Em primeiro lugar, cozer a manteiga numa panela para obter uma manteiga de avelã bem colorida.
Primeiro ferverá e depois tornar-se-á colorido.
Verter o açúcar, sal e pó de café instantâneo para um recipiente.
Verter a manteiga de avelã e baunilha líquida.
Misturar bem e deixar arrefecer durante 15 minutos antes de adicionar o ovo.
Misturar e depois deitar a farinha e o pó de avelã.
Terminar com os bocados.
Fazer bolinhos achatados de 55g cada um e colocá-los sobre papel vegetal.
Cozer durante 13-14 minutos a 170°C.
Deixe-o arrefecer antes de comer!
