Pour les fêtes de Noël, cette année direction la Tchéquie avec de délicieux petits sablés ! Comme on ne peut pas voyager en ce moment, on le fera cette fois dans la cuisine. Ces petits gâteaux que l’on retrouve de chez nous à la Hongrie, en passant par l’Autriche, sont aussi très traditionnels en République Tchèque. Muitas vezes cozi arroz numa caixa hermética no frigorífico. Adoro arroz branco com apenas um pouco de molho de soja, óleo de sésamo e um pouco de malagueta. Tinha sobrado bastante e por isso queria fazer um arroz muito simples de fritar sem muito alarido. Simples, eficaz e bom! Todos os ingredientes são fáceis de encontrar, ou até já se encontram em sua casa. Pode acrescentar o que quiser (carne, ervas aromáticas, frutos secos).
Um belo desmoronamento sazonal! Adoro abóbora-menina e foi-me dada a boa ideia de um saboroso desintegrar-se com as nozes. Aqui adiciono um pouco de queijo azul para contrabalançar a doçura do abóbora. É um verdadeiro deleite. É estaladiço e saboroso como pode ser. E não está nada seco. Pensaria assim com a fotografia, mas pelo contrário! Perfeito com uma salada simples ou para acompanhar carne.
Se nunca provou “pérolas de coco”, é altura de as fazer e de as comer! Estas são pequenas bolas feitas de farinha de arroz glutinoso, muito semelhantes ao “maqius”, mas cozidas a vapor. O resultado é simples e delicioso. Também os acho sinceramente divertidos de preparar e são uma óptima adição a uma refeição de dim sum. Aqui está uma primeira versão com creme de ovos (o meu preferido!) mas um dia também vou colocar os de amendoim!
Fan de pignons, je voulais une belle recette pour les mettre dans un dessert. J’ai pensé à ces sablés qui se révèlent démoniaques, mais terriblement délicieux ! On essaie désespérément de les couper en petites parts, mais on y revient toujours. À se damner avec un bon café ou un thé pour l’heure du goûter.
