Aquí están las fotos de la primera clase de macarrones del domingo 10 de julio… Este taller me resultó especialmente agradable, ya que me encantó ver a los alumnos felices de hacer sus macarrones. Todos se fueron con una caja de 16 macarrones, 8 con caramelo de mantequilla salada y 8 con azahar. ¡Ven a ver el informe para que te den ganas de participar! Todo el mundo es recibido en con sus mangas y la famosa receta de macarrones de azahar.
No hay límite de edad para participar.
Incluso estando embarazada, hay que controlar la temperatura del azúcar…
Hay que sopesar todo y hay gente que tiene un subidón de azúcar.
Con mi método exclusivo, ¡es imposible que se pierdan los macarrones! Para descubrir los secretos, ¡debe registrarse rápidamente!
Todos los macarrones se hornean perfectamente.
Creo que a los alumnos les costará esperar el descanso de 24 horas, que es necesario .
Los macarrones se rellenan uno a uno con el bolsillo.
En Les Reines se ha creado una auténtica fábrica de macarrones.
Al final, los macarrones esperan su destino.
Todo el mundo se va con una caja hermética (que traen los alumnos), para meterlos enseguida en la nevera.
Y como siempre, no nos escapamos de la tradicional foto y el té a la menta. Gracias a todos por venir y a las Reinas por hacer posible mis clases.
