Aqui estão as fotos da primeira aula de macaroon no domingo 10 de Julho… Achei este workshop particularmente agradável, pois fiquei encantado por ver os estudantes felizes por fazerem os seus macaroons. Todos saíram com uma caixa de 16 macarrões, 8 com caramelo de manteiga salgada e 8 com flor de laranjeira. Venha e veja o relatório para que queira participar! Com o meu método exclusivo, é impossível perder os vossos macaroons! Para descobrir os segredos, deve registar-se rapidamente!
Todos os macaroons cozinharam perfeitamente.
Penso que os estudantes terão dificuldade em esperar pelo descanso de 24 horas, o que é necessário .
Os macaroons são preenchidos um a um com o bolso.
Foi criada uma verdadeira fábrica de macaroon em Les Reines!
No final, os macaroons aguardam o seu destino.
Todos saem com uma caixa hermética (que os alunos trazem), para os colocar imediatamente no frigorífico.
E como sempre, não escapámos do tradicional foto e chá de menta. Obrigado a todos por terem vindo e às Rainhas por tornarem as minhas aulas possíveis.
