Tive a sorte de poder testar o serviço de La Belle Assiette. Uma experiência muito agradável. Estou sempre a cozinhar, para o blogue, para as aulas, para os livros ou para mim próprio, mas desta vez eu queria mesmo pôr os pés debaixo da mesa. Estou a partilhar no meu blogue este maravilhoso jantar do Chef Michel Hélène que veio preparar um delicioso jantar para 6 pessoas. Sabores muito originais com muitos citrinos! Ele veio à oficina e eu não tive de fazer nada. Ele prepara tudo e guarda-o. Isto deu-me tempo para desfrutar do tempo com os meus amigos. Gostaria de sublinhar a natureza exemplar de Michel, que foi muito atento. Ele propôs um menu que modifiquei ligeiramente para se adequar aos gostos dos meus convidados. Chegou a tempo e depois estava muito concentrado no que estava a fazer.

Penso que a cozinha da oficina era muito adequada para este tipo de exercício. Foi um jantar de validação do chef que me foi oferecido pelo site. Não tive de escrever um artigo, mas quando vejo um chef que gosta tanto do seu trabalho, fico mais do que feliz por escrever sobre isso no meu blogue alimentar! Um pequeno aperitivo ao ar livre com uma garrafa de champanhe!
Entretanto, Michel prepara a refeição e vem trazer-nos os aperitivos.
