Hace casi 4 años, propuse una receta de cóctel que ha quedado huérfana en el blog. Era Thaïzeed (receta AQUÍ), hecho con chile, combava y jengibre. No suelo publicar aquí recetas con alcohol, pero hace poco fui a un delicioso restaurante de Shanghai que ofrecía este cóctel de albahaca. ¡Muy sorprendente al principio, es en el segundo que sigue, totalmente delicioso! Para mí, este es sin duda, el cóctel del verano 2017. Todos mis amigos ya están hablando maravillas de él.
Ingredientes para 4 cócteles:
125g de azúcar
30g de albahaca
165 ml de zumo de lima
225 ml de agua
vodka helado (puesto en el congelador el día anterior)
hielo picado
Para este delicioso cóctel, utilice albahaca orgánica.
Primero exprime el zumo de lima, necesitas al menos 165 ml. Son unas 5 limas.
Vierta el zumo, el agua, el azúcar y la albahaca en una batidora.
Y mezclar para obtener un líquido verde sin ningún rastro de hojas de albahaca.
Prepara los vasos.
Ponga la mitad del hielo picado.
Verter un tercio del vodka helado y completar con la base mixta.
