Há quase 4 anos atrás, propus uma receita de cocktail que ficou órfã no blogue. Foi Thaïzeed (receita AQUI), feita com chili, combava e gengibre. Não costumo publicar receitas de álcool aqui, mas recentemente fui a um delicioso restaurante em Xangai que ofereceu este cocktail de manjericão. Muito surpreendente no início, é no segundo que se segue, totalmente delicioso! Para mim, este é sem dúvida, o cocktail do Verão 2017. Todos os meus amigos já estão a delirar sobre isso!
Ingredientes para 4 cocktails:
125g de açúcar
30g de manjericão
165ml de sumo de lima
225ml de água
vodka gelada (colocada no congelador no dia anterior)
gelo picado
Para este delicioso cocktail, use manjericão orgânico!
Primeiro espremer o sumo de lima, é preciso pelo menos 165ml. São cerca de 5 limas.
Verter o sumo, água, açúcar e manjericão para um liquidificador.
E misturar para obter um líquido verde sem qualquer vestígio de folhas de manjericão.
Preparar os copos.
Colocar metade do gelo triturado.
Verter um terço da vodka gelada e completar com a base mista.
