Les Cuistots Migrateurs, de los que os hablé en el blog, porque uno de sus chefs, Faeeq, vino a enseñarme su deliciosa receta de Keshke (¡receta AQUÍ!), van a publicar un libro en septiembre para compartir las historias y recetas de sus chefs refugiados. Por tanto, más que un libro de recetas, es también un libro de descubrimientos y aventuras humanas. Estoy más que feliz por ellos y no puedo esperar a hojearlo.

Una forma de apoyarlos y de dar visibilidad a este hermoso proyecto. Entre las recompensas, el libro, por supuesto, pero también una fiesta de firmas con una comida para descubrir las recetas de los chefs y conocerlos.

Les Cuistots Migrateurs es la primera empresa de catering del mundo que emplea a cocineros refugiados. Desde noviembre de 2018, también tienen un restaurante en París (buffet mezze, parrilladas y brunch los domingos) que os invito encarecidamente a descubrir en el 128 de la avenida de Saint-Ouen (¡en París!).
Sus cocineros proceden de Siria / Irán / Nepal / Etiopía / Chechenia / Afganistán / Senegal o Bangladesh y elaboran las recetas de su país para hacerle descubrir sabores nuevos y realmente auténticos.
En la actualidad, Les Cuistots Migrateurs cuenta con una veintena de personas, la mitad de las cuales son cocineros refugiados, todos ellos con contratos permanentes y supervisados y formados por un chef profesional.
Un proyecto que combina la integración profesional, el descubrimiento y el intercambio.
