¿Otra receta de shortbread? Sí, porque nunca estaré sin él. Me encanta hacer pruebas y cuando encuentro una combinación que funciona, no puedo esperar a ponerla en línea. Especialmente con la llegada de la Navidad, es el momento de poner a los niños a hacer shortbread. Porque les encanta ensuciarse las manos y luego recortar bonitas formas. Así que os doy esta receta que contiene auténtico azúcar de caña oscura (un determinado porcentaje) y que está realmente deliciosa. Receta de pan de molde
-200g de mantequilla -200 g de azúcar blanco -40g de azúcar de caña -360g de harina -30g de leche en polvo 1/8 de cucharadita de levadura en polvo (como siempre, utilizo las cucharas americanas ) -80g de huevo (sólo hay que batirlo y pesarlo) -2 cucharaditas de agua.
Poner el azúcar blanco, el azúcar de caña (de tiendas ecológicas), la leche en polvo, la harina y la levadura en el bol de un procesador de alimentos.
Mezclar bien y añadir la mantequilla fría cortada en trozos.
Mezclar con la «K» de la kitchenaid o kenwood.
La mezcla debe ser arenosa. Añadir el huevo batido y dos cucharaditas de agua.
Dejar de mezclar en cuanto se haya formado la masa.
Dar forma al shortbread: no importa el método que elija. La masa se puede extender y cortar con cortapastas. Untar con un poco de leche desnatada.
A continuación, hornear de 15 a 20 minutos a 180°C. Todo depende del horno y del grosor del shortbread.
Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla y colocar sin demora en una caja hermética para protegerla de la humedad.
