Especialmente com a chegada do Natal, está na altura de fazer os miúdos fazerem pães curtos. Porque adoram sujar as suas mãos e depois recortar formas bonitas. Assim, dou-vos esta receita que contém açúcar de cana escuro real (uma certa percentagem) e que é realmente deliciosa. Receita de Pão Curto
-200g de manteiga -200g de açúcar branco fundido -40g de açúcar de cana -360g de farinha -30g de leite em pó 1/8 colher de chá de fermento em pó (como sempre, uso colheres americanas ) -80g de ovo (basta bater e pesar) -2 colheres de chá de água.
Colocar o açúcar branco, açúcar de cana (de lojas de produtos orgânicos), leite em pó, farinha e levedura na tigela de um processador de alimentos.
Misturar bem e adicionar a manteiga fria cortada em pedaços.
Misturar com o “K” da kitchenaid ou kenwood.
A mistura deve ser arenosa. Adicionar o ovo batido e duas colheres de chá de água.
Parar de misturar assim que a massa se tiver formado.
Moldar pães curtos: não importa o método que escolher. A massa pode ser estendida e depois cortada com cortadores de biscoitos. Escovar um pouco de leite desnatado.
Depois cozer durante 15 a 20 minutos a 180°C. Tudo depende do forno e da espessura do biscoito.
Deixar arrefecer num suporte de arame e colocar numa caixa hermética sem demora para proteger da humidade.
