وصفة الغريبة
-200 جرام زبدة – 200 جرام سكر أبيض -40 جرام سكر قصب -360 جرام طحين – 30 جرام حليب بودرة -1/8 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الخبز (كما هو الحال دائمًا ، أستخدم الملاعق أمريكي) – 80 جرام بيضة (فقط اخفقها ووزنها) -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الماء.
ضعي السكر الأبيض وسكر القصب (في المتاجر العضوية) ومسحوق الحليب والدقيق والخميرة في وعاء محضر الطعام.
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف الزبدة الباردة مقطعة الى قطع.
تخلط مع “K” من كيتشيد أو كينوود.
يجب أن يكون الخليط غطى بالرمل. أضيفي البيضة المخفوقة وملعقتين صغيرتين من الماء.
توقف عن الخلط بمجرد تشكيل العجينة.
شكل كعكة الغريبة: لا يهم الطريقة التي تختارها. يمكنك فرد العجين ثم تقطيعه باستخدام قواطع البسكويت. مرري القليل من الحليب الخالي من الدسم بفرشاة.
ثم يُطهى لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية. كل هذا يتوقف على الفرن وسماكة كعكة الغريبة.
اتركه ليبرد على رف وضعه في وعاء محكم الإغلاق دون الانتظار لحمايته من الرطوبة المحيطة.
