Con estos días tan bonitos no quiero pasar horas en mi cocina y sobre todo quiero tener platos frescos para disfrutar. Se trata de una nueva ensalada fácil de hacer y muy agradable de comer: tomates, mozzarella, hierbas frescas y, sobre todo, cebollas rojas caramelizadas para el toque dulce que tanto me gusta. Color, frescura, sabor, ¡el verano ya está aquí!
Receta de ensalada de trigo para 6 personas:
200 g de trigo integral precocido
200 g de pasta de plomo
3 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico
6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de miel
2 cebollas rojas
1 cucharadita de azúcar (blanco o moreno)
250 g de mozzarellas pequeñas
500 g de tomates cherry
1 manojo pequeño de perejil plano
1 manojo pequeño de albahaca
1/2 diente de ajo
60 g de piñones tostados (opcional)
sal pimienta
Aquí están las masas de plomo y el trigo precocido. Puedes usar ebly o una marca similar. Para la pasta de plomo, tomé la 111. Por supuesto, se puede sustituir por otra pasta pequeña.
Cocer la pasta de plomo y el trigo en agua hirviendo con sal según las instrucciones de su paquete. Enjuagarlas en agua fría para enfriarlas, escurrirlas bien y ponerlas en un bol y mezclarlas.
Añadir el vinagre balsámico, el aceite de oliva, la miel y medio diente de ajo.
Cortar las cebollas rojas.
Fríelos en un poco de aceite de oliva en una sartén caliente (en este caso mi skeppshult que me encanta).
Añadir sal, pimienta y azúcar. para caramelizarlos.
Cuando las cebollas tengan un buen color, dejarlas enfriar por separado.
Para la mozzarella, coge las más pequeñas posibles y córtalas en trozos.
Cortar los tomates cherry por la mitad.
Picar el perejil de hoja plana lavado.
Haga lo mismo con la albahaca.
Ponerlo todo en la ensalada y mezclar bien. Sal y pimienta
Verter las cebollas rojas caramelizadas.
Mezclar una última vez.
Por supuesto, puedes añadir unos piñones tostados.
Coloque la ensalada en un lugar fresco durante al menos 3 horas antes de disfrutarla al sol. No dude en servirlo sobre una cama de rúcula.
