Com estes dias bonitos não quero passar horas na minha cozinha e quero especialmente ter pratos frescos para desfrutar. Esta é uma nova salada fácil de fazer e muito agradável de comer: tomates, mozzarella, ervas frescas e, sobretudo, cebolas vermelhas caramelizadas para o toque doce que tanto gosto. Cor, frescura, sabor, o verão está aqui!
Receita de salada de trigo para 6 pessoas:
200g de trigo integral pré-cozido
200g de pasta de chumbo
3 colheres de sopa de vinagre balsâmico
6 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
1 colher de chá de mel
2 cebolas vermelhas
1 colher de chá de açúcar (branco ou castanho)
250g de pequenas mozzarelles
500g de tomate-cereja
1 pequeno molho de salsa plana
1 pequeno molho de manjericão
1/2 dente de alho
60g de pinhões tostados (opcional)
sal, pimenta
Aqui estão as massas de chumbo e o trigo pré-cozido. Pode usar ebly ou uma marca semelhante. Para a massa de chumbo, tomei o 111. Pode, claro, substituir outras massas pequenas.
Cozinhe a massa de chumbo e o trigo em água com sal a ferver, de acordo com as instruções do seu pacote. Enxaguá-los em água fria para os arrefecer, drenar bem e colocá-los numa tigela e misturá-los.
Acrescentar o vinagre balsâmico, o azeite, o mel e meio dente de alho.
Fatiar a cebola vermelha.
Fritá-los num pouco de azeite numa frigideira quente (neste caso o meu ceppshult que eu adoro!).
Acrescentar sal, pimenta e açúcar. para os caramelizar.
Quando as cebolas tiverem uma cor agradável, deixe-as arrefecer separadamente.
Para a mozzarella, pegue nos mais pequenos possíveis e corte-os em pedaços.
Cortar os tomates cereja ao meio.
Cortar a salsa de folha plana lavada.
Fazer o mesmo para o manjericão.
Colocar tudo na salada e misturar bem. Adicionar sal e pimenta
Verter a cebola vermelha caramelizada.
Misture uma última vez.
Claro que pode adicionar alguns pinhões torrados!
Colocar a salada num local fresco durante pelo menos 3 horas antes de a apreciar ao sol. Não hesite em servi-lo sobre uma cama de foguetão!
