مع هذه الأيام الجميلة ، لا أريد قضاء ساعات في مطبخي ، وقبل كل شيء أريد أن أحصل على أطباق طازجة لتذوقها. هذه سلطة جديدة دون أي صعوبة ، وممتعة للغاية لتذوقها: الطماطم ، وجبن الموزاريلا ، والأعشاب الطازجة وخاصة البصل الأحمر بالكراميل لمساتي الصغيرة الحلوة التي أحبها كثيرًا. اللون ، النضارة ، النكهة ، الصيف هنا!
وصفة سلطة القمح لـ 6 أشخاص:
200 جرام قمح كامل مطبوخ مسبقًا
200 جرام معجون رصاص
3 ملاعق كبيرة خل بلسمي
6 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
1 ملعقة صغيرة عسل
2 بصل أحمر
1 ملعقة صغيرة من السكر (أبيض أو بني)
250 جرام جبن موزاريلا صغير
500 جرام طماطم كرزية
باقة صغيرة من البقدونس ذو الأوراق المسطحة
باقة صغيرة من الريحان
1/2 فص ثوم
60 جرام صنوبر محمص (اختياري)
ملح فلفل
ها هي عجينة الرصاص والقمح المطبوخ مسبقًا. يمكنك أن تأخذ ebly أو علامة تجارية مماثلة. بالنسبة لمعاجين الرصاص ، أخذت 111. يمكنك بالطبع استبدال المعكرونة الصغيرة الأخرى.

ضع السلطة في الثلاجة لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل قبل الاستمتاع بها في الشمس. لا تتردد في تقديمه على سرير من الجرجير!
