Los scones son pequeños pasteles británicos (entre el pan y la tarta) procedentes de Escocia que se comen con mermelada y clotted cream . ¡Deliciosa a la hora del té! Los bollos originales son sin pasas, pero es muy común encontrarlos con ellas. Si es necesario, se pueden eliminar de la receta en .
Receta para una docena de bollos:
-375g de harina -175g de crema completa -75g de mantequilla blanda salada -35 g de azúcar glas -75g de pasas sultanas (¡opcional!) 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear -una buena pizca de sal
Precalentar el horno a 220°C. Coloque todos los ingredientes, excepto las uvas, en un bol.
Mezclar bien y hacer una bola con la masa. Añade las uvas.
Mezclar bien de nuevo.
Colocar la masa en un trozo de papel de horno y aplanarla 2 centímetros. Cortar con un círculo de 6 cm.
Hay que presionar el cortador de galletas sin girar, de lo contrario la masa no subirá uniformemente.
Pincelar con leche azucarada (con azúcar glas, si no quedan grumos de azúcar).
Hornear de 12 a 14 minutos a 220°C.
Servir con nata espesa y mucha mermelada.

Les scones sont des petits gâteaux britanniques (entre le pain et le cake) d’Ecosse qui se consomment avec de la confiture et de la crème épaisse (clotted cream). Délicieux à l’heure du thé! Les scones originaux sont sans raisins, mais il est très courant d’en trouver avec. On peut donc au besoin les éliminer de la recette!
