Os scones são pequenos bolos britânicos (entre pão e bolo) da Escócia que são comidos com compota e creme coagulado . Delicioso na hora do chá! Os scones originais estão sem passas, mas é muito comum encontrá-los com eles. Se necessário, podem ser retirados da receita em .
Receita para uma dúzia de scones:
-375g de farinha -175g de creme completo -75g de manteiga com sal suave -35g de açúcar de confeiteiro -75g sultanas (opcional!) 1 colher de chá fermento em pó -uma boa pitada de sal
Pré-aquecer o forno a 220°C. Colocar todos os ingredientes, excepto as uvas, numa tigela.
Misture bem e traga a massa para uma bola. Acrescentar as uvas.
Misturar bem novamente.
Colocar a massa sobre um pedaço de papel vegetal e achatá-la em 2 centímetros. Corte com um círculo de 6cm.
É preciso pressionar o cortador de biscoitos sem virar, caso contrário a massa não subirá uniformemente.
Pincel com leite açucarado (com açúcar em pó, caso contrário há pedaços de açúcar).
Cozer durante 12 a 14 minutos a 220°C.
Sirva com creme coagulado e muita compota!

Les scones sont des petits gâteaux britanniques (entre le pain et le cake) d’Ecosse qui se consomment avec de la confiture et de la crème épaisse (clotted cream). Délicieux à l’heure du thé! Les scones originaux sont sans raisins, mais il est très courant d’en trouver avec. On peut donc au besoin les éliminer de la recette!
