Vous êtes nombreux à me demander la version orangée de mon fameux cake ultime au citron. J’ai changé quelques petites choses car le jus d’orange est plus sucré. J’ai aussi ajouté de la pulpe de fruits de la passion et du zeste de citron vert. Les graines de fruits de la passion ne me gênent pas, mais si le côté craquant vous embête, il faudra tamiser pour les enlever. Ce cake va se conserver au moins 10 jours au frais.
Voici les ingrédients pour la recette. Deux ou trois fruits de la passion suffisent.
Mélangez le beurre fondu et le sucre.
Ouvrez les fruits de la passion.
Ajoutez le jus d’orange et les 50g de pulpe de passion. Vous pouvez enlever les graines si vous avez peur de côté craquant dans le cake.
Ajoutez aussi le zeste de citron vert et d’orange.
Les 175g d’œuf.
Mélangez bien, ajoutez la farine et la levure chimique et mélangez de nouveau.
La pâte est prête.
Pour que le cake lève en glissant dans le moule sans trop gonfler, je mets du slider. J’en avais parlé dans la recette du fondant Baulois ICI !
Versez la pâte dans le moule.
Faites cuire 1 heure à 150°C. On voit que le cake « glisse ».
Vérifiez et adaptez la cuisson à votre four. Démoulez encore chaud sur une grille.
Pour le glaçage, mélangez le jus d’orange et le sucre glace. Versez sur le cake sur la grille, le tout au dessus d’un papier pour récupérer le surplus.
Vous pouvez le remettre au four à 40°C pendant 35 minutes pour bien sécher le glaçage.
Conservez-le au frais et attendez une ou deux journées avant de le dévorer !
