Alors je le concède volontiers, prendre une photo d’un plat qui contient de la sauce n’est pas évident. Mais faites moi confiance, cette recette simple est tout à fait délicieuse. J’anticipe un peu sur les tomates cerises, mais tous mes maraîchers autour de chez moi en ont qui viennent de France (cultivées en serre certes). J’avais utilisé la sauce que je vous donne ici, dans mes rouleaux de salade César ICI à teste absolument !! Comme il y en aura un peu trop, mettez-la au frais pour assaisonner d’autres salades…
Pour cette recette, vous aurez besoin de crème d’anchois. Vous pouvez bien sûr prendre des anchois que vous mettrez directement dans la sauce.
Dans un récipient long et étroit, versez l’œuf entier, les gousses d’ail, le jus de citron et la crème d’anchois.
Versez l’huile. Je pèse directement le récipient sur la balance pour ajouter 250g d’huile.
Avec un mixeur plongeant, commencez à émulsionner au fond, pour broyer les gousses d’ail et la crème d’anchois puis remontez doucement pour que la sauce prenne bien.
En quelques secondes la sauce est prête ! Versez-la dans un bol.
Ajoutez le parmesan fraichement râpé et le poivre noir.
Mélangez bien. C’est presque prêt.
Versez la crème entière et mélangez une dernière fois.
La sauce est prête ! Goûtez-la, c’est vraiment délicieux !
Faites cuire les pâtes plomb comme indiqué sur le paquet. Égouttez et rincez pour les refroidir totalement. Placez-les dans un grand récipient. Ajoutez 4 bonnes cuillerées à soupe de sauce César.
Coupez le jambon en cubes et versez-le dans le récipient.
Ajoutez le bacon en morceaux.
Coupez les œufs durs en morceaux.
Mettez les tomates cerises coupées en deux (lavées).
Les cornichons coupés en tranches.
Épluchez et coupez en morceaux les avocats.
Mélangez une dernière fois. C’est prêt ! Placez la salade au frais jusqu’au moment de servir.
