O Outono está aqui e eu ansiava por chocolate e creme de castanha. Estou a afixar a minha receita que dá não um carinho, mas um ultra carinho! Este bolo não contém farinha e mantém-se perfeitamente unido graças ao longo e suave processo de cozedura. Para ser desfrutado em fatias finas!
Receita para o ultra fondant com chocolate e creme de castanha :
-150g de chocolate preto
-50g de manteiga semi-salgada
-80g de manteiga mole
-500g de creme de castanha (não o puré)
-4 ovos
-40g de açúcar de confeiteiro
Instruções:
Pré-aqueça o seu forno a 150°C. Derreter as manteigas com o chocolate no microondas ou em banho-maria.
Colocar o creme de castanha numa tigela grande. Lembro-vos que é o creme doce e não o puré de castanha.
Acrescentar os ovos e misturar bem.
Verter o chocolate e a manteiga derretidos.
E também açúcar de confeiteiro. Misturar a uma pasta lisa.
Alinha uma forma de mola de 20cm de diâmetro com uma borda removível. Também se pode usar um molde normal de 20 cm, mas será um pouco mais difícil de remover do molde. Se quiser um fondant mais fino, então use um molde de 22cm.
Verter a massa.
Cozer no forno durante 45 minutos. O bolo vai inchar para cima e depois cair de novo depois de cozido. Deixar arrefecer completamente antes de arrefecer.
Apareça e sirva em fatias finas!
Fondant Ultra au Chocolat et Crème de Marrons

L’automne est bien là et j’avais une cruelle envie de fondant au chocolat et crème de marrons. Je vous poste donc ma recette qui donne non pas un fondant mais un ultra fondant !! Ce gâteau ne contient pas de farine et se tient parfaitement grâce à une cuisson longue et assez douce. À déguster en fines tranches !
Préchauffez votre four à 150°C.Mettez les beurres avec le chocolat à fondre au four à micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.
Mettez la crème de marrons dans un grand bol. Je vous rappelle que c’est la crème sucrée et non la purée de marrons.
Ajoutez les œufs et mélangez bien.
Versez le chocolat et le beurre fondus.
Et également le sucre glace. Mélangez pour obtenir une pâte bien lisse.
Chemisez un moule à manqué à bord amovible de 20cm de diamètre. Vous pouvez également prendre un moule normal de 20cm mais le démoulage sera un peu plus délicat. Si vous souhaitez un fondant plus fin, prenez alors un moule de 22cm.
Versez la pâte.
Enfournez et laissez cuire 45 minutes. Le gâteau va gonfler puis retomber après cuisson. Laissez-le refroidir totalement avant de le mettre au frais.
