حل الخريف هنا وكان لدي شغف شديد بفوندان الشوكولاتة وكريم الكستناء. لذلك أنا أنشر لكم وصفتي التي لا تعطي أقراص سكرية بل هي أقراص سكرية فائقة !! لا تحتوي هذه الكعكة على دقيق وتتماسك بشكل مثالي بفضل الطهي الطويل واللطيف إلى حد ما. للاستمتاع بشرائح رقيقة!
وصفة الشوكولاتة الفائقة الفوندان وكريم الكستناء:
-150 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة
– 50 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
– 80 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
– 500 جرام من كريمة الكستناء (وليس الهريس)
-4 بيضات
– 40 جم سكر بودرة
تعليمات :
سخني الفرن إلى 150 درجة مئوية. تذوب الزبدة مع الشوكولاتة في فرن الميكروويف أو في حمام ماري.
ضعي مهروس الكستناء في وعاء كبير. أذكرك أنها الكريمة الحلوة وليس هريس الكستناء.
يضاف البيض ويخلط جيدا.
صب الشوكولاتة المذابة والزبدة.
وكذلك السكر البودرة. امزج للحصول على عجينة ناعمة.
ضعي صينية على شكل زنبركي بحافة قابلة للإزالة بقطر 20 سم. يمكنك أيضًا أن تأخذ قالبًا عاديًا مقاس 20 سم ولكن عملية التفكيك ستكون أكثر حساسية قليلاً. إذا كنت تريد فندانًا أنحف ، فاخذ قالبًا بطول 22 سم.
صب الخليط.
اخبزيها واطبخيها لمدة 45 دقيقة. سترتفع الكعكة ثم تتراجع بعد الخبز. اتركه يبرد تمامًا قبل وضعه في الثلاجة.
انزع القالب وقدمه في شرائح رقيقة!
Fondant Ultra au Chocolat et Crème de Marrons

L’automne est bien là et j’avais une cruelle envie de fondant au chocolat et crème de marrons. Je vous poste donc ma recette qui donne non pas un fondant mais un ultra fondant !! Ce gâteau ne contient pas de farine et se tient parfaitement grâce à une cuisson longue et assez douce. À déguster en fines tranches !
Préchauffez votre four à 150°C.Mettez les beurres avec le chocolat à fondre au four à micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.
Mettez la crème de marrons dans un grand bol. Je vous rappelle que c’est la crème sucrée et non la purée de marrons.
Ajoutez les œufs et mélangez bien.
Versez le chocolat et le beurre fondus.
Et également le sucre glace. Mélangez pour obtenir une pâte bien lisse.
Chemisez un moule à manqué à bord amovible de 20cm de diamètre. Vous pouvez également prendre un moule normal de 20cm mais le démoulage sera un peu plus délicat. Si vous souhaitez un fondant plus fin, prenez alors un moule de 22cm.
Versez la pâte.
Enfournez et laissez cuire 45 minutes. Le gâteau va gonfler puis retomber après cuisson. Laissez-le refroidir totalement avant de le mettre au frais.
