Tenho uma nova receita para si, desta vez em parceria com Boursin® com alho e ervas finas. Este risoto é absolutamente delicioso e cremoso com ingredientes simples. Adicionei algumas avelãs para a textura crocante e algumas abobrinhas, mas pode-se usar outro vegetal até estarem na estação. Uma receita muito fácil e saborosa!
Recette pour 4 personnes :
2 chalotas
3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
300g de arroz risotto
10cl de vinho branco
1 litro de caldo de vegetais
150g de Boursin® alho e ervas aromáticas
sal, pimenta
algumas avelãs assadas
2 courgettes (tomei as brancas)
Instructions :
Verter o azeite e as chalotas descascadas e finamente cortadas na frigideira.
Deixar cozinhar durante 5 minutos em lume brando e depois deitar o arroz.
Cozinhar durante 1 minuto, mexendo bem.
Verter o vinho branco e cozinhar até ser bem absorvido.
Verter um bom terço do stock e permitir a sua absorção, mexendo ocasionalmente. Juntar o resto do caldo de novo em dois lotes. Isto demorará cerca de 20 minutos.
Entretanto, cortar as abobrinhas em fatias e salteá-las numa frigideira com azeite em lume bastante forte.
Devem ser bem coloridas.
Quando todo o stock tiver sido absorvido, adicionar o Boursin®.
Em breve irá derreter! Adicione pimenta a gosto, mas tenha cuidado com o sal, Boursin® já está um pouco salgado!
Servir o risoto Boursin® com as abobrinhas grelhadas e algumas avelãs tostadas para uma crocante adição. Uma delícia! Adiciono também um pouco de Boursin® em pequenas peças.
